As long as AM is at the helm the SP is only going 1 way.
Omg what an RNS, contributed 0.1p to the SP. Don't spend it all at once.
HUGE news though, changing name again for the 100th time, AM is getting his act together!
This one is going to rocket! 3.25 incoming!
IMO
I see the current bottom at around 2.35p then with the cash burn we will lose 0.7 per year.
it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better. Maybe AM will get struck by lightening or something.
IMO
When people think of Napster they think illegal streaming service - but of course there's people on this board who think it will be a positive.
During the six months ended 30 June 2020 the Group reported revenues of £0.2m (LOL) (2019 : £0.1m which principally comprised subscription revenues derived from its partnership with O2, together with content consumed from its VR music platform via Apple's App Store, Google's Playstore and Oculus Store.
Clearly a lot of anger and frustration on this board.
I wonder if anyone can share some light on how well the 02 "Partnership" was? I'm very positive that the Singtel deal will be much better now that MVR has added 7 more shows to is HUGE catalogue. Anyone finished dusting it yet? Once you're finished maybe you can go dust the LA and London studios, lots of cobwebs to clean.
Cheer up people, 3 is better than 2 after all..
From Singtels website, for those who haven't been bothered to look - Opps forgot to mention Napster music streaming...

Mel this isn't news, MVR released the "RNS" via Twiter on Friday.
No mention that they are offering Napster music, just the fantastic MVR library. I hope they've given it a good dusting.
Brining on a new territory is great, even if we heard it last week via twitter before the RNS came out.
My only concern is that we are giving a 3 month free trial which turns into a subscription fee of $8.90 per month. Do we really believe that after 3 months of using MVR they will want to continue it? I'm asking this due to the lack of new content on the app and as it's MVR, not Napster they wouldn't be getting any music streaming included, it would just be MVR's dusty old library of 1-3 year old content...
Or people are just dumping as we are now 1 month into 21 and the company has shown zero direction to achieve anything other than burning a month's worth of cash.
COVID always takes the blame. I prefer to blame multi millionaire AM for not delivering on anything he has ever said in an RNS.
3 weeks into Jan and he's probably still on his holidays, so no surprises MVR haven't started working yet, all the staff are probably 'WFH' watching 4 year old VR content that was never released.
They will continue if they get the music by napster included too. If it's just MVR live shows then there will be very low conversion rate.
When AM and SH get back from their well deserved breaks in Dubai and the Caribbean. Enjoy your Xmas people.
Don't like the large number of shares they keep issuing, nor do I like the lack of urgency to get any information across to shareholders and missing the deadline every time.
However
I like the napster deal and feel like it could bring some stability to this shorters dream.
Fingers crossed it gets done by 29th.
Yes that was before another 5k loss here :)
The shares that keeps on giving...
New app launching in q3. Another year locked into MBR way below your averages...
Not.
Just finished reading the doc let me break it down for you...
1. The Admission doc is full of utter crap.
2. This share is a shorter delight.
3. Only people who will get rich from this are AM and SH.
4. You guys better pray that Napster deal gets closed or this is going into the 2s and then the 1s.
5. 13 days to keep this one above 4.3 or more shares being printed. Markert will hold us by our balls because of this.
6. Napster have 408k paying customers (lol!) what happened to the millions AM?
7. Mvr think a metric of success is how many viewpoints people changed when watching a concert.
What a welcome back present from MVR the gift that keeps.
GLA IMO
Be more surprised when you can get them in the 2s next week
Just checked twitter and there's a lot of talk in Japanese about the LG concert. Hopefully a big boost from our over seas markets for this concert!
