No crusty, there's many things they can do to optimise (or if you mean increase production), without the use of a drilling rig. : )

I don't know if anyone else remembers, but before even NT-2 was planned, they were planning to side-track NT-1 into a thicker section of the pay-zone, which at present is only 3-4 metres think. Yes, the NT-2 test will be interesting, we all know the well formation was compromised from the heavy mud used as a consequence of the high gas pressure, though on the original test it flowed gas at 17mmsfd and that was on a choke only 2/3 open (40-64). In comparison the NT-1 well flowed 20 mmscfd and that was on a choke 100% open. So let's see what they can achieve : )
