well i'd be surprised if we didn't get an RNS of sorts by the end of tomorrow, hopefully the circular, but if not I expect a further timeframe to be announced which they believe/expect to be able to make the circular public, and they could even state, that this time, they have a (HIGH EXPECTATION) for this to occur. lol

yes, been thinking about that, as I see it, the circular will need all of the extended Mtwara licence details, agreements, commitments, drilling obligations, time it runs for, etc. though I suppose this could all be made known for the circular but the Mtwara PSA licence will not become legally binding until the farm-out is ratified at the EGM ?
