yes Dunder agree, but if CH-1 is successful, that might put at risk of the Zubair's buying/farming into Solo's 25% at what today's (market price valuation) would suggest. I'm sure the Zubs would like more if they can get it.

as I see it, its really not in any ones interest for the licence or CH-1 to be delayed. It's just a hunch of mine but I have been wondering, is the group the Zubair, tpdc, Aminex along with Solo, working a deal regard funding or farming into Solo's 25% Ntorya interest ?

Drewky, I think you are muddling Mtwara PSA licence with the development licence which does need those reports.

what, you think the Zubair's are going to sign up to the farm-out without fully knowing or understanding that PSA licence. I don't think so.

and will be 50% owner of the Mtwara PSA licence when renewed/farm-out signed. Dunder in my mind, they are the negotiators.
