2. Conditions precedent

The Farm-Out Agreement is conditional upon a number of matters being either satisfied or (where applicable) waived, including:

Crusty, what makes you think they will need to lower the pressure, if perforating the KN-1 lower zone is successful, it will be most likely the about the same pressure as the neighbouring SS gas field, about the same as the higher zone when first flowed.

obviously, if they lowered the pressure to have accommodated KN-1 pressure months ago, then now TPDC have struck the deal with Orca then the lower pressure would not suit the SS wells. Which are a lot higher

I think you'll find Crusty that one of the issues like (whether to lowering the plant gas pressure) etc had a lot to do with the outcome of those negotiations with Orca to supply gas to the new plant, which have been going on for several years.

well I think a lot of things are going to start moving now.

they are already connected, but of course will need TPDC approval to flow gas into the plant its TPDC that buys the gas. but who says they will need to reduce the gas pressure, they will not know the pressure until perforation of the lower zone is done, but which I would imagine to be similar to the upper zone when first flowed and to the SS gas field
