2. Conditions precedent

The Farm-Out Agreement is conditional upon a number of matters being either satisfied or (where applicable) waived, including:

• approvals by the Tanzanian Government and by Solo Oil of the transfers of the Assigned Interest and of the operatorship under the JOA to the Farmee;

• any other third party consents and approvals required under the documents being obtained in respect of the transfer of the Assigned Interest;

• the Mtwara Licence being granted in a form satisfactory to both Ndovu and the Farmee;

• the shareholders of the Company passing a resolution in general meeting to approve the sale by Ndovu of the Assigned Interest to the Farmee;

• there being no material failures (within the Ruvuma Area) to comply with applicable environmental laws/regulations or good oilfield practices relating to environmental matters identified in any environmental assessment/baseline study undertaken by a firm of suitably qualified and experienced environmental consultants for the Farmee; and

• any operational agreements being transferred to the Farmee or terminated at no cost to the Farmee

dunder, as it becomes apparent, that one side of the argument debate is more certain and positive, then it surly must follows the opposing arguments becomes weaker and less affective, that's all.

yes very funny dunder, but there is just one small point you have overlooked that is going to render your expectations accurate, and a very obvious one, once F/O complete Aminex will no longer be the operator so hence will not be influencing the timelines etc. : )

yes I can agree Dunder, though my take on it was, after the financial mess that Dexter got us into, and then bu$$ered off, a bit like Cameron lol, BH/ Aminex was very short on money and options

cash/assets its all relevant Dunder, its how he values Aminex and its shares now that counts. Anyway do you remember 2013/14 the financial burden Aminex was under and the Ruvuma work programme Aminex was committed to, what ever your fillings Dunder re; JB, I don't think Aminex would had survived, and or pulled of what they did at that time, ie; the placing the seismic survey, which ultimately led to where we are today, if that new blood had not been introduced to Aminex at that time.

how ever he got them Dunder, cash or asset swaps, he still has skin in the game.
