Thanks for the reply Donalb, got to admit i've looked at the mou3 rns's and cant see any mention of two(casings) .

On another note, still cant find a simple construction crane with 1500 metre cable capacity, obviously a different kettle of fish to a Stulken mast with 300 tonne capability, but wtfdik🤔

Only my opinion but think therein lies the problem, something akin to chicken and egg..

Lower levels have already been sandjetted,some say unsuccessfully, others agree that they have been penetrated and only water/debris stopping them from flowing, hence swabbing required..

Now the problem, to penetrate the upper level, casing et all, we need either larger explosives to perforate or use sandjet procedure again, with both being subject to import delays etc, so do we swab first? if we swab and clear water/debris, then do perforating with explosives /sandjet the well could then contain more debris/sandjet water/solution...needing more swabbing.

There will be a solution👍

We were laid up for a few days ( very cold weather)and lost all electrical power,unfortunately the pipework although lagged was heated by electric, this meant we had no

heating for the pipework from tanks to engines....oil

thickened and nigh on set solid, took about 6 hours to clear pipework of accumalated gunk, using steam, rods and lots of normal diesel...think the T&t process will be a lot easier😀

Howard's, I assume Keith is tucked up in bed (in Oz) so thought you may be interested in this...

Basically put, it's like a weighted cup....lowered into well, by means of cable and then fluid/debris fills cup and is then hoisted back to surface...think of using a bucket to pick water out of water well as in older times, added a link below.

pump were both wrong unless that's a trade name for one described below...

The fluid is typically pressurized using a positive displacement pump, also known as a piston pump.  They are better for producing high pressure as opposed to flow volume.  There are two issues with your air over hydraulic theory.  The first is producing enough air pressure to create 3,000 – 5,000 psi of fluid slurry pressure.  The second is building a tank that is rated for a similar pressure- big tanks have lots of area to multiply by the psi requirement.  A “triplex” pump is generally a three piston positive displacement pump which is commonly used for this type of work."

Hiya Oldslow and wackmeister....think of Sj as a bloody huge paint sprayer.

The Sj fluid and sand is kept in a large vessel ( the cup of the paint sprayer) ...compressed air is fed to the vessel(cup) and the sj fluid/sand (paint) is propelled through the atrached pipework (spray nozzle)to end destination...easiest way to describe sorry...and struggling with internet at moment.

MOU-2.

Re-interpretation of the MOU-2 penetrated section confirmed that MOU-2 had in fact fully penetrated the intended primary objective but was not capable of being evaluated by wireline logs. MOU-2 recovered 3 gas samples from 3 separate sands between 525.5 and 674 metres measured depth with associated gas peaks. These sands are behind well casing and therefore were not evaluated by a wireline logging programme.

The MOU-3 well drilled later in 2023 encountered some shallow over-pressured gas in the equivalent MOU-2 section which could not be logged or tested after a risk evaluation as the casing design and cement integrity at the shallow level posed a risk of uncontrolled gas flow if the over-pressured section was perforated. This interval could be perforated and tested in MOU-2. MOU-2 was safely suspended for future well re-entry and testing of the shallow gas."

Additional wells.

"The Company is foreseeing the drilling of appraisal and or development wells in late 2024 and early 2025 to potentially, if successful, add incremental gas resources to support and extend the production profiles of a CNG project and, potentially, with the MOU-5 well drilled and tested, gas resources of a sufficient size to service the gas-to-power market in Morocco. The evaluation of the potential for helium presence will also be examined. Funding and timing of this discretionary drilling programme will be dictated by the opportunity for partial monetisation of gas assets in Guercif and or an equity placing and or production revenues generated by Cory Moruga."

the additional wells statement is 2/3s way down in interims: 'going concern' section and so easily overlooked. the way the above reads, suggests no further drilling required at mou2
