I posted last message just to try and get a bit of balance on bb...I know (think) Pg wants to try and get mou1 test done as quickly as possible, yes there have been delays....a lot through world events,but I honestly can't recall a timescale which has been met.( did post that on twitter over a year ago)..before anyone thinks I'm "deramping"for lower price, I have no intention of getting any more prd shares....as have a considerable amount already....and why would I "average up" ...been here a good while now (since mid 3's) ..
One point of note, yesterday....one of the most recommended posts was from a forwarded post from "Charlotte bee " reference the corridor oil field...

I know everyone(most) is (are) upbeat about this mornings rns...but aimsters posts keep disappearing? Why? Surely we need two sides of coin rather than just "everything tickets boo" .
And yes reasonably pleased with rns....but now testing mou1 has been pushed back again.....

Should have added, area you posted, the cleared/worked area is a lot smaller than mou1 and mou2 sites...we can wait....getting good at it now :)

Hiya Nick, I know I'm in danger of incurring the wrath (pah) of the anti satellite watchers ...but had a quick look at link you posted....if you cross reference to Google maps (older images) you will see what appears to be a dark square (water?) And on south(mainly) and to west and east, what appears to be row upon row of vegetation. Olives? My personal view is mou3/5 whatever...Will be to north of road..lot less cultivation going on there.

Not too sure about colder regions having slower concrete setting times...the Hoover dam used cooling tubes with water pumped through them to aid setting after initial setting had occurred...I guess modern concrete technology uses additives etc ...n

Operational update

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings Plc (PRD), the Jersey-based Oil and Gas Company with operations in Trinidad, Morocco and Ireland announces an operational update.

Morocco

Following the successful completion of permitting and survey requirements, Predator Gas Ventures Morocco Branch ("PGVMB") has awarded the contract for the construction of the MOU-1 well pad platform and the improvement and extension of up to 5 kilometres of access roads to Moroccan company Skayavers Sarl. Civil works are to start immediately to facilitate the commencement of drilling activities next month.

A further update on progress will be given upon completion of the well pad platform and the upgrade of access roads and tracks.

Hiya Madmanrob, as well as your 4 types of posters...there are also quite a few(lot) who read the board ( Lonny does apparently)without commenting, as seen by Keithoz's early post this am...at present(2142 Thursday) it is up to 67 recommends, a marked differently number to number of "regular " posters on here..how many have posted today..10 to low teens?

My view on progress or lack of...letters have been sent,received and replies sent? I don't have experience of Moroccan bureacracy in regards to transporting explosives etc, only experience of big bang devices being firing machine gun off back of Ss uganda flight deck(testing , not in anger), but seeing as no explosive testing has been used in Guercif for over 50 years have they got any locals au fait with the proposals, or have they had to run around organising the requisite people?
Got a few interesting weeks coming up...hopefully Rns before end of next week re the above testing, maybe mou2 mud? In 14 trading days we got the annual panic of people moving their pennies around....going to be fun :)

Been doing a small bit of searching in regards to clays etc...came across this from Sdx lms-1

"Upon test the well flowed at sub-commercial rates which at this stage we believe are temporary and due to damage created by the fluids used to control the elevated pressures encountered in the well whilst drilling, however this is still being investigated. At present, it is believed that the damage is the result of formation clays reacting to certain components used to increase the mud weight of the drilling fluid"
Similar situation to mou1 clay/mud used?

Hiya Keith, warrant amounts are quite small so don't know why people are fretting about them, and as you say,they were due to expire so easy money for Optiva.
Anyway, on to reason I really replied to you, (Geologist)have been looking at the general Guercif area on sat images(Google earth, Soar etc)and was wondering why Guercif was predominately white as opposed to surrounding areas? I know it has no bearing on what's under the surface but can't see any other area in Morocco with same colouring...I know, I need to get out more :)

Re problems reading striplog of mou2...I also had problems until I went on to Predator website, then "Media" striplog was slow loading even with full broadband(albeit on phone) but does show timings etc...May be of use or of interest to other fellow investors.
