Good afternoon everyone, amongst all the pricing chats ....valuations, talks about other posters putting up messages which have been posted before, personally i have found all posts to be quite valuable finding out about nature of company, also information which i would have no idea about finding out, also, new members may not want to trawl through loads of old messages trying to figure out everything, so re posting "old" but still valid/current information would be beneficial to new members of ever growing choir.....

Just looked at the trades for today on this site.....shows a trade of 1,000,000.....@12.30p at 1650!! Someone's been looking down back of sofa for lost pennies :) Should give us a good leg up on Monday hopefully....
Re £15.....personally i would be happy anywhere north of £1......anything else would be gifted to our children/grandchildren.

Good afternoon everyone, but more specifically Tim....because of your way of breaking down all the info we have at our disposal, i have started looking at things a bit differently, and in more detail, after skimming through todays Rns and getting over the initial shock of watching my pennies disappearing rapidly, i re read the rns and came across this.....may just be a flippant sentence but could all be in the wording....

Morning Tim.....it is the same guy, if i remember the numbers correctly, he was the guy who bought about £150k (maybe 250) when we shot from 12to 13p....detailed all his buys as amounts and prices then also.....

Hiya Firemansam......i don't know if it's you or me reading it wrong so please don't take it the wrong way....the way i read divestment is ........you have differing parts of company...

Morocco reaches a good (astronomical asset size) sell it ......we as shareholders get a "special dividend" on sale of assets......same with eire(if it occurs) and again with T&t.....you can't get a "special dividend " without actually selling the asset.....can't see us getting "normal dividends" as is the case with Bp, Carnival etc....
Next bit is copy pasted off an internet page.

Nico....forgot to add, can only transfer shares on linked accounts on Hl, and only on website not on app, you have to send a "secure message" stating, account recipient,name of shares, number of shares etc....hope this helps...all explained on website, but don't send it under "general" e mail ....has drop down box showing options

Hiya again Nico, i had no problem with girlfriends isa(same bank account) all i had to do was put in her Ni number and opening credit of£1....transferring about 140, 000 shares to her fund /share acccount and apparently it takes about 5-10 days, whereupon i can sell then transfer money to her isa to rebuy....bit of a long drawn out process, but has to be done, but also means when we sell it comes off her cgt allowance not mine so should work out ok .....Hl don't give any receipt of messages so dont know if the request transfer has arrived etc so a bit in the dark at moment, but worth your while knowing how long it takes as April is rapidly approaching ...sorry for off topic post everyone but we are here to help each other out and Nico give me some very good pointers last year

Hiya Nicodemus....we(myself and girlfriend)now have 850,000 shares......due to buying at varying prices from went we first chatted at pre 4p days until now, we today hit momentous milestone of
100k barrier(£).....i feel your pain with your and daughters isas...like a horrendous juggling act at moment....in theory by now, we should be wending our way to italy for italy/wales match ....then onwards to Paris for france/wales game.....ah well, it's only a pandemic, soon be over....by the way, if one of your daughters ever do end up in Paris with a penniless artist, we can recommend a beautiful bar/restaurant.....called "timbre poste" in Malakoff.........or when daddies money comes good, George 1v restaurant on george 1v avenue.....use them both regularly :) .

Hi Highlandmatt thank you....that's what i've been doing, but going to be a long drawn out affair come April...got 2 isas to fill again, will be donning red braces and selling/buying like a mad thing, my main worry at moment, is if share price rises dramatically before then, my fund share account would accumulate lots of taxable gains.....whereas if sp stays reasonable until then and rises after new tax year my isas will benefit from more tax free spondoolies :) greedy i know, but i'm not here just to make up the numbers..

Good afternoon everyone.....have been quiet over last few days, in part due to decorating to keep my eyes from straying constantly to share dealing app on phone, dropping full paint can on smallest of my tootsies enabled me for a few minutes to go through the entire vocal range entitling me to become a full member of the choir(tootsie still black after 3 days) .....but part of my absence has been due to my aforementioned fears of Bb turning into a Bpc, Sound type slanging match of which i want no part of.
My arrival today is to announce to anyone who cares to listen that i finally achieved a landmark figure in my Prd investments..... so quite pleased at moment....but still fretting about topping up girlfriends isa, shares are in process of being moved but means i have to sell from her fund share account to transfer funds to her isa and then rebuy......no bed and isa facility at moment on Hl....so will go go through the panic of selling and maybe not being able to buy.... time will tell...
Amazed at last week of trading....one day to go....and hoping that we dont go sky rocketing before isa top up time in April.....i know this contributes nothing to knowledge of board and word count is way up.....worst that can happen is i get banned, but no one was insulted and no fluffy animals were hurt in the typing of this post so i can rest easy :) .

Wholeheartedly agree with Grh about Row....it's a big place, i have been around it quite a few times :) but in my thinking, Pg has pulled off one hell of a catch in T&t due to co2 availability/exclusivity etc, unfortunately though there are a lot bigger companies in the big world out there doing co2 eor, and have been doing such for a lot longer than us and on a far grander scale.... in my (very basic) opinion,i think we would be struggling to compete against them on the very big stage.Also bearing in mind that Pg wants to monetise quite a few of our assets in medium term, would we really want Pg to try to compete with the big boys? He has done this company proud and hopefully will continue to in near, mid term, so would he really want to take on yet another large project before retirement?
By the way, if anyone has the time, inclination and wherewithal to do it, has anyone figured out the best/worse case scenarios for T&t ....Morocco....would be interesting to see, seem to remember that someone put up (mem perhaps?)how much bcf was worth to Prd etc.
Anyway, thats my tuppence worth.going out to gaze at clear blue sky(hereford) and wonder why i'm not up there chugging along .....Grrrrr

Hiya Spawny...my reasoning is go for lowest ......one ... which will be a "testing the water" then a couple will come in, larger(country oil company) at a much later date once everything is oroved to run on larger scale than at moment.......personally, and for my reasons outlined in an earlier post, i'd rather an Rns after next weeks trading, as still got quite a few pennies to move into girlfriends Isa....rather i got it moved before Sp shoots up, with inherent tax implications, and also benefitting from more tax free pennies.
Also think it will be T&t first Rns, nice safe income slowly rising, hopefully increasing in nearish future, think Pg will wait until pad is started before another Rns which will keep investors happy and maybe entice other new investors, unless regulations stipulate that he has to inform us of any Eire developments, (i think it is a legal obligation to do that) .....then we just sit and wait for drill progress, until all hell breaks loose, one way or the other.......preferably for the good :)
