Good morning Mem.....have been going through a few figures on my stocks....one of which is performing really badly, and now on verge of pulling out of it and getting more Prd....( only got 250,000, small fry i know but trying my best)....hoping that there will be some available, lot of people such as myself are holding on tight with a steely grip.
I reference to your special dividend post, surely if there is a special dividend issued on for instance the 1st may, and an Rns came out stating such came out on again for instance 1st April.....wouldn'f there be a mechanism in place stating that you would have to be a shareholder prior to Rns? If not, the company would just be giving away free pennies to anyone who bought up until Special dividend day, or am i over simplifying it?

Re seftons idea about e type(local airfield manager owns one fhc....and uses it as a workhorse tk carry his tools around the airfield) ....my friends husband from west country restores e types, and she does the interior trimming.....to ridiculously high standard.

Good evening all, just looked at the buy/sells on Hl site....and there is this this one glaringly obvious bright blue buy sitting on top of page...

But todays buy/sells don't show anywhere near that amount?

Thanks Bradleybear....i was using worst case scenario, with added buffer thrown in, and one reason i seem a tad sceptical is because have been watching Bpc bb where there was unfailing belief in untold riches, counter acted by people expecting complete and utter bankruptcy ....Really wouldn't want this bb to go the same way so biased my calculations to lower end of scale....i do have faith in the other members with a lot more knowledge than me and am just hoping that we hear some good news in next few weeks/months.

Bpc are aiming for 2500 opd.(from 500) probably using co2 eor.
As nicodemus pointed out earlier, we are only ones in area with co2 eor so could boost your(our) figures a little

Good afternoon highlandmatt, with reference to your 750bopd in t&t ... have been following(not invested) Bpc bb....they are aiming for 2500 bopd by end 2021(as stated in earlier nicodemus's post) but they may be using eor.....and as Nico stated we are only ones in area with co2eor ....so may boost your (our ) figures a little......just hope that our bb doesn't become as bad tempered as theirs.

Taken from December 7th 2020 Rns
"Upgrade of gross audited Best Estimate recoverable prospective resources for Miocene gas targets to 819 BCF with addition of the MOU-4 Prospect, representing an increase of 92% over previous SLR resources estimates."
So as not to give wildly inaccurate figures, have halved the 819bcf (best estimate recoverable) to 400Bcf.....also used the lower figure you gave of £50m per 100bcf
Gives a nice round figure of £200,000,000....are we seriously looking at that much to sell out?
I know we wouldn't get that amount, but even a quarter is £50m....approx 4 times our mcap at todays prices

In reply to you, i shall bow in deference to your greater knowledge sir:) but figures i used were just example figures.....hence using 10m or multiples thereof for ease of use....
I haven't a clue as to how much Prd (us ) could monetise co2 Eor , Morocco, or Fsru plan for, so just used those figures to show how i basically see it.
Would be interesting to see other peoples views on what true figures could be......and i mean true figures, not random wildest dream guesstimates are.

So as i see it from your explanation...assuming a market cap of 10m (just for instance and to keep figures round) all other figures are in multiples in 10m to make things easier.

Market cap 10m share price 5p
Sell eor for 20m
Market cap now 30m,less no more eor giving us income say 10m
Market cap now 20
Special dividend of say 10m
Market cap now 10m
Sell off morocco 50m
Market cap now 60m
Special dividend of say 50m
Market cap now 10m
Fsru(unknown quantity)
Sell off fsru ireland 50m
Market cap now 60m
Special dividend 40m
Market cap 20m
Pg rides into sunset for well deserved retirement and leaves happy band of investors thanking lucky stars they didn't pick Bpc as one of their oilies
I know it's basic stuff to you...but struggling to learn the vagaries of stock market at moment, there again, i wonder how many investment bankers would be perplexed by a very large sultzer engine and it's intricasies :)
By the way, ageing lab is chocolate (floyd)13 1/2.....back legs now at 10 to 2 position but struggling through, still eats like Malcy at a free buffet, now have a black lab also (jet)of 19 months, keep coming home to total destruction, but wouldn't change them for the world.
Really like the good natured chat on this bb, have visited quite a few in last year and this is one of the most civil i've seen.......Bpc has descended into nigh on anarchy at moment.....lots of name calling and told you so etc after Bahamas failure....anyway must go.

Good afternoon Sefton....in reply to your "monetisation" post.....please bear with me as i don't understand the selling out divisions, special dividend bits.....my understanding is.....co2 eor, will be sold before end of year if possible, morocco before first gas.....no idea if,how, when ireland will develop...we would be expecting a huge sp rise before any of these come to pass ...so if Pg sells out any of these divisions surely that would make share price plummet?also no guarantees of special dividend payment....i apologise if i have got wrong end of stick but hopefully you can explain....especially with talk (not from yourself) of 100 bagger possibility in future, to my mind that's a share price of over £4 which i honestly cant see if divisions are sold off.
No rush to explain, not going anywhere....covid restrictions and ageing ailing labrador does not make for happy days ....

Hmmm,could today's rise in part be due to unfortunate drilling results in Bahamas by Bpc and buyers expecting our expertise will be needed a lot more in T&t? Nice to be past the 5p barrier again though.....
Lets see what Nicodemus's theory about eire undergoing severe weather does in relation to their power stations (or lack of)and subsequent decisions by those in charge.

Good morning Nicodemus, you're a bad man.....looked on Bpc board, really hope kharm doesn't come back to haunt us, their board has been going nuts the last few weeks, lots of infighting, rampers/derampers....will they find oil, will it be duster,?going from 2p a share to over a £1, think average postings per day were between 2 -300, should surpass that today quite easily.

With the drill not being successful, there's also the problem of they had a lot of shares which were guaranteed a price of 2 .3p if i remember rightly, Bpc have to make up difference if sp is below that, cant remember technical details but there's a lot of them and that sp is going to drop likd stone today....nowhere near 2p so Bpc have a lot to make up....not looking good for finance sheet :(
