Good evening Grh et al...thank you Grh for putting the Bcf and gains into context....confused me earlier on as thought you was putting write up, up on Sunday, thought i had missed super Saturday....bit of a panic earlier as our tv decided to go blank just before Scotland v Italy, normal service resumed now luckily....and liver bearing up well...i noticed earlier that someone said our 3 areas were disconnected, anyone worked out how much gas we could get to Eire from Morocco? Just a thought....

Morning Rob......grrr....got no additional pennies till after i put refund for tax in.....am reasonably sure that the recent placing shares dont start until the 26th though? Just waiting for April now so i can transfer shares to girlfriends isa....may be in my favour if sp stays low until then.....only shares get moved, not the value, meaning when this does rise it will mean bigger tax free pennies :) :) :)

Good morning all, nice to see a few new chat members on here albeit they seem a but worried about the drop today/yesterday.....luckily enough i finished work last year(redundancy) after 42 years of wandering around the world, and latter part of my employment spent hurtling back and fore between Dover to calais....so now more relaxed, obviously seeing the price tumble from all time high to todays price is quite alarming, i was brought up in Rhondda valleys where there was very little money, then and now, (live in Herefordshire at present) so seeing my hard earned pennies disappearing was quite a shock...i've been in Prd since it was hovering around 4p for months, so i guess in new holders eyes i would seem quite well up on my investment....my initial monies in Prd were only 10k ...topped up by selling badly performing Sound shares(loss of 13k) Premier(came out even) and Chariot(about 3k up) am by no means rolling in money, my girlfriend works in a hospital at present , at times still doing overtime but soon to stop doing that, she earns less than half what my salary was while at sea.....point of the long drawn out chat posting is.....we, any of us, long term holders or new holders who hope to become medium long term holders are not in this to lose money, there is a lack of very good news at present, Pg is good but even he can't alter timescales to suit our/his agenda, but wait just a short while....i fully expect a new addition to our co2 eor in T&t in next few weeks, and imo it is going to be a big one, Morocco, only time will tell(and the drill bit) Eire, perhaps we will have luck of the irish?but i have full confidence in Prd,.......
My initial thought when seeing drop today after yesterdays......oh bugger, as i have no additional pennies at present to top up with....it's(the drop) just an inconvenience at moment, i won't be selling am in here for the long haul..anyway, had my two pence worth, just try not to panic anyone who finds the sp alarming, i think it was Sefton who said " keep your eyes on the prize not the price" .....ig has helped me during our very infrequent sp drops.

Good morning Sefton et al......have hurriedly read rns twice.....figures are beyond me at moment as way too early in the morning....one thing which stuck out though.....Pg said one of very few long lead items is the lorries/ transport .....looks like we are keeping it all "in house". going for full drill/conversion to lng/transportation /sales etc as opposed to just get it out of ground and get someone else to deal with the aftermath....that's one hell of a logistics problem to sort out....or am i reading it wrong.....ah well, he's lit the blue touchpaper now....time for the fun to begin :) .

The fiscal terms in Morocco are restricted to a 5% State royalty for gas, applicable after the first 10.6 BCF of net production to the operator, and corporation tax charged at 31%. I guess going by above figures, if we hit the 30,000 boe ....we wouldn't be worrying too much about the "discovery payment" .....and i have just given it a quick think through, that's very roughly what Nicodemus said he would be happy with.....i'm sure he wouldn't mind forfeiting it for the greater good :) :) :)

Hiya Mem.....going by the interview, we know they have been out to the pad and that things are going ticketyboo.....so perhaps you won't be far wrong, but don't we have to wait for the others to finish their drill commitment first?Was thinking about Highlandmatt's post re the other drills later on(Q3) and not enough money in hand ......am i right in saying that if we hit gas there is a payment of $1.5m ....and then going to T&t co2 eor, with hopefully a contract being signed in next few weeks....may be an upfront payment perhaps? I honestly don't know how these contracts work out so perhaps someone(Grh or Sefton) can enlighten us?
Still sticky handed re shares and waiting expectantly for any news.

Good evening everyone........strange thought has occured to me, do we now class Prd as reasonably successful now that we have a deramper on Bb? Just to make it clear am not referring to you Britishmike :) Guess we will have all manner of them on here now after Pg interview today and we are appearing on the radars of others.....
All still looking good, aim to recover some of our "lost" shares tomorrow(due to my own stupidity) and myself and girlfriend will be looking forward to next Rns/few weeks/months........time to dig in and ready ourselves for the long haul methinks.

Have been thinking about this interview......lot of holders already know what is going to be said re T&t, Morocco, Eire so interview will mainly benefit any new wannabe investors, who hopefully by now will have already done their due diligence and also looked through the earlier video interviews, Pg saying "read the numbers and weep" obviously one of the better ones....seems a bit quiet on buy/sell front today so i guess everyone is holding back for interview or still in shock after yesterdays rise.

Hiya Nicodemus....made a slight mess up today, due to trying to transfer pennies to girlfriends isa.. sold a load, didn't realise that money wouldn't show up until wednesday, grrrrrrrrr...now only got 710,000 active shares meaning i've got to pay a premium to get my tally up again.so money is now in her fund share account but not in shares....ah well live and learn.
Are you still planning on leaving us at 35p? Bb will lose a great contributor if you do :( be nice if you do leave a fair amount in to hopefully benefit from future gains, also think that due to your interest and detective work, you are our resident Eire expert!!
Re Switzerland.....if you go to Geneva, stay in Annemasse.....just outside, but easy to get to geneva and can definitely recommend restaurant...."Restaurant l'Arvi"....

Good morning everyone, just a question or two for anyone who can explain it/them...
There is a message on advfn asking why placement shares are not on market until end of march, what is reasoning behind this....
Also on advfn someone suggested that "spud price" is already priced in......seems really early as spud is still 2 months minimum away(imo) due to pad preparation etc....personally i was expecting rapid rise in 2 weeks/1 week prior to spud...
Any suggestions and valid (not guesswork) on above would be appreciated...
By the way questions are just for interest, got one sticky handed welsh shareholder here with no intention of letting anything go .....
Looking forward to Fridays (?) Interview with Pg and then hopefully double digit % rise in following days :)

Hiya pawnsacrifice.....i'm not known to be politically correct.(not ******)..but i do understand the frustration etc of sportsmen etc who took the knee....just a minor annoyance amongst all sporting events these days...if you read through my eatlier posts you would know that myself and girlfriend were going to go on grand tour involving italy match and french match....all gone now because of covid :( in 2 years though we will do it :)....
