Morning (to us) good day Keith..."that around the end of June, F-D will produce a report encompassing MOU-1 & -3 testing results, and the MOU-NE & Cory Moruga CPRs. If a capital raise is necessary (i.e., not from forward gas sales, etc.), it will be based on that report."
where is that? Not in Rns ...only on second coffee so not up to speed yet.

Definitely not, was considering attending up until the Friday rns, don't see the point when i can watch it on youtube, and before anyone says "you can meet and ask questions of Pg", what's yhe point? after last few interviews/updates, anything that has been stated has not actually been very close to eventual outcomes...."test in March....this year" etc....am well aware of delays re drilling equipment etc, but give us a timescale/sequence of events that are not just wishful thinking.
At moment i don't even know if Predator are still planning on selling part/all of Morocco or continuing with Cng plan ( last interview and fridays Rns for conflicting plans)
Enjoy rest of weekend all.

Hiya Fordy...after reading your post,
"All the massive office blocks should be made into little two room living quarters containing a toilet, little kitchen area with a bed. Communal canteens for three meals a day. A nursery to look after children so single parents etc can workClassroom offering further education to help get a job.
this sprung to mind."

Albeit, was meant to be a holiday resort.
Patiently/unpatiently awaiting 18th/updates.

Thank you Keithoz for reply, read it numerous times, fully understand what you are saying...but, got to admit, after yesterday and today's posts from everyone...I along with quite a few posters am still completely in the dark re Pg's comments re sale and hopefully special dividend/payment....we really need some input from Pg in a clear and concise manner rather than some vague telegraph crossword type clues...anyhow, tis May, will soon be testing/drilling hopefully and can perhaps look forward to some real news.

Afternoon everyone, having read all the posts today re annual report etc...
"At this point the Company may seek, if market conditions are attractive, to monetise all or part of its Moroccan asset through a trade sale of equity in the Group’s subsidiary company Predator Gas Ventures Ltd. If this scenario were to occur, and subject to independent tax advice, the Company would consider a return of value to shareholders in the form of a dividend payment"
To me the important part is
"Would consider"......not a given....
My reading is....sell all/part of Morocco...get for example
200m$ into company coffers, market value goes through roof (250m$ for example) chaos ensues,it becomes first come first served in selling shares.Sp drops like stone and now we dont have Morocco anymore...
Other scenario, sell all/part of Morocco. Get 200m$ for example...not all would be paid as "special dividend " to holders of shares on "X date" say for example 1/Aug/2023...Paul would obviously keep some back for Tt/Ireland...but now we still don't have Morocco (maybe 10%of ongoing...but open to debate )so I honestly can't see the figures of 25-30p being given as "special dividend" ...or am I just looking at this all wrong?

Phil (who does interviews) put this on Telegram....so thought it may be worthwhile posting it on here as some bb users don't use telegram.
Copy/paste off Telegram
"Going to be recording a podcast with Paul soon, if anyone has any questions please post them here or email us admin@thesundayroast.net thanks"
Hiya Nico...and thanks oz, makes a bit more sense now
Was a terrible tragedy...the graveyard/remembrance Park is kept immaculate...on a side note, there is a "tip"( can't put in proper name for it due to lse language sanctions!!) approx a mile from where I live which is currently undergoing intensive drainage work....a lot of the mountain next to it underwent a hell of a lot of slippage/landslides 3 years ago....luckily no houses below...just one farm(away from slippage area) .as far as i know, its the biggest tip in area....a rough guess about the size of Great pyramid of giza, also got a bit of a tenuous link to the "zulu" posts on here...the ground where the tip sits is immediately adjacent to where Stanley Baker's ashes were spread..(local boy)

Happy Easter everyone, Hopefully someone (Jimmy?) Can explain this. The slump in mou2, I imagine the slump as similar to the Aberfan tip disaster, lots of mud, debris etc rolling down a slope..Bits I can't figure out. How did slump get through the already in place layers of sediment lower down....reason for asking this is because Paul in interview said there was a "detached transported" block of the mou fan....above where drill was suspended...my thinking being where was it transported from? If it was transported at time of slump, there had to be layers in place so how did slump occur? Hope that makes sense....full of catarrh and feel like crap...Re reference to Aberfan....was not a nice reference but easiest one I could think of( very local to me) , one of my female neighbours before I moved was one of the unfortunate volunteers who helped clean up the little ones before their parents seen them.Mou3 and Pg shares Rns Tuesday? Poxy intuitive text....
Corrib oil field not corridor
Hiya madmanrob,and Aimster...
I posted last message just to try and get a bit of balance on bb...I know (think) Pg wants to try and get mou1 test done as quickly as possible, yes there have been delays....a lot through world events, but I honestly can't recall a timescale which has been met.( did post that on twitter over a year ago)..before anyone thinks I'm "deramping"for lower price, I have no intention of getting any more prd shares....as have a considerable amount already....and why would I "average up" ...been here a good while now (since mid 3's) ..
One point of note, yesterday....one of the most recommended posts was from a forwarded post from "Charlotte bee " reference the corridor oil field...

I know everyone(most) is (are) upbeat about this mornings rns...but aimsters posts keep disappearing? Why? Surely we need two sides of coin rather than just "everything tickets boo" .
And yes reasonably pleased with rns....but now testing mou1 has been pushed back again.....
