Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
"His departure is part of a planned transition with Independent Non-Executive Director, Jeff succeeding John as Chairman."
They were spun out of GSK if I'm right. Barder using his connections wisely there 😉
Potential for Hainan to do similar deals with KOD for their gold assets in the future?
Discuss...
Where's Joey? 🙄
Must still be in the bathroom after this morning's PREM RNS.
Start a rival to THG! Ask Numis for funding?
Yes, I agree with that (never said otherwise) - should be fairly self explanatory from the RNS. I believe this to be one of the conditions prior to completion, hence the delay (in my opinion).
Jonjo/johnny/other morons - My own opinion here is that the delay is probably due to the mining authority undergoing the review process of the Change Notification document that Kodal were slow to draft.
The last update on this was in the 3rd of April RNS from what I can see - "In the interim, Kodal's engineering team have continued to make progress on critical project development activities in readiness for receipt of project funding. Detailed design of the DMS modules is nearing completion and importantly, our Change Notification for the Ngoualana DMS plant and infrastructure has been drafted and is undergoing legal review prior to formal submission to the relevant Mali administrations."
These things take time but hopefully this has been submitted by now. Nearly every RNS since then reiterates the fact that Kodal continue to work closely with Hainan on engineering aspects in anticipation of the deal been completed. This doesn't sound like the work of a mining giant who are unsure about their future with Kodal - I'm personally quite comfortable with my investment here, but thank you for your much valued input.
Who needs the gel? That RNS alone gave me an Erexon.
Sounds like they've got PREM over a barrel.
Saw it on ITV earlier too. Only a short one but at least there's some decent promotion of the product.
*insert slow clap noise here*
Some might say corrupt.
Why would it be more likely to succeed? MM has his golden share and rejected £1.70 last year. What's changed apart from the share price?
Any idea who he bought them off? It says an off market purchase, so presumably someone else wanted out for whatever reason?
I'd guess that too, but could be completely wrong. We'll have to see if we get a correction RNS.
That's how I read it, must be a typo?
No, I got spiked at £1.17 over a year ago, but I'm still here and very hopeful thanks ;)
Could be a late reported trade from earlier.
