RE: What does the FY22 Annual Report Say About the Future of #WAND4 Aug 2023 16:48
Guys, I get quite a few comments and I commit myself to answering all those on YouTube and more if I can.
But reading this thread I feel it right to be as transparent as possible.
To Manifesto’s comments:
I bought in yesterday at 92. I bought 22,000 shares at this price.
For a day before purchase I had a buy order at 85. There seems a lot of support around the 80-83 mark which is why my order was at 85.
The price bounced for almost 2 days at 90 which is why I changed and bought at 92. The lowest I could get at that time.
My purchase is a long term investment, not a trade.
With this sort of transaction I look to get the best entry point I can and then hold.
With WAND I am completely indifferent if it goes back to 50 or below in the short term. As the last video shows, I believe in the company, product and management based on my own research. That is good enough for me.
In terms of my price analysis in the video, I made it very clear that there are multiple variables in this equation and that I was being prudent. Depending on one’s own attitude to risk and view of the company, someone else may use different variables and come to a different valuation.
Either way, just because one calculation says one number it doesn’t mean then the price will ever get there. Its’s one of hundreds of possible scenarios.
Finally, and most importantly, the channel, or at least this type of video, is 5 weeks old. One of the reasons I do it is to it get monetized on YT, but certainly not the main reason. Some companies I review I hold stock in, some I don’t. But this is 100% irrelevant. The purpose of these videos is to add some form of easily digestible and, as much as possible unbiased opinion that I hope others can use as part of their own research.
Note this response is not a dig and Manifesto’s comments at all. I just want the community to understand my motives behind the channel and be transparent on my purchase of WAND stock.
Thanks everybody for supporting the channel.
