Looking at their RNS history they could just release the quarterly update without any prior RNS giving notice. Wouldn't be the first time it's happened.

These are indeed great results and I was certainly not expecting a divi increase to be announced so soon.

My plan to sell half my shares if/when I 2 bag at £2.76 may be reviewed.....

A bit of advice. Rather than continuing your compulsive ramping why don't you take a break until the disaster that will be Q3 results have been released, then reassess your position.

Let's face it, most of us here know that there is a reason for their delay this year.

What would be the fair value of this share if the company succeeds? There are various degrees of success, but for the sake of argument let's call success exceeding nameplate production before bankruptcy, paying off debt within 3 years and starting to pay divis 4 years.

What would fair value be in that event? Let's say 60p for the sake of argument? Give that a 50% haircut for 1 - being in Africa and 2 - the long wait for any return and the SP drops to 30p. The SP is now circa 6p, so Mr Market is giving this company a 20% (5:1) chance of success. Just an example with made up numbers, but probably not a million miles from reality....

This is now by some margin my largest holding, 96K shares @ £1.38 average.

q3's results will be another disaster. by end of q4 i think they will be insolvent and share dealing suspended. i hope i'm wrong but i truly believe this is now inevitable. this mob couldn't organise a **** up in a brewery.
