Can I just make a suggestion and hopefully not shot down in flames! As to where we seem to be here right now with little to no hope at all on us getting anything back from our investments in any shape or form and as far as I can gather no legal right to anything?? Why don't we all email our local MPs explaining our plight telling them our situation about (i don't know the figures could someone post them please) that there's 15,000 investers with £????? Millions invested!! In a company that is about to close and re-open to loose us investers? And that a lot are UK pensions invested in this fiasco ? If enough of us do this someone as to listen!! At this moment it's the government's pet project, I don't know how many people read this but if you are we are all in the same boat as you have read I stand to loose £40,000 from cash and pension!! I don't intend to let this go without the smallest of fights ! I urge you all to do this it may fall on deaf ears but just waiting for the inevitable I can't do, so please could someone post the figures so I can thank you

Are we seeing really what Audley want, that is the company without any ties! Without any debt clinging to the new company! The headache of existing shareholders!! And anything else you want to had to that ! I am sure they won't pay a penny more or a penny less with or without the bagege included!! Which if you were in there position you would do the same (maybe?) but what they say and what they are sold will be down to who is selling it to them!! And as I feel completely helpless as to not being able to do anything the biggest thing we have got is the Finnish investers do you think they are not working polititions and a like to put seller under pressure to add us to the deal !! And if this isn't the case things will be looking very bleak

Can I just say thank you very much for taking the time to try and explain the situation I am sort of getting the picture as to what maybe happening or as too what may not!! It seems we are waiting on the good will of others rather than have any rights to what's going on I am surprised that is the case!! Yeah I paid from 8p - 10p about 40 grand in total but It's taken me 6 months to come to terms so as much as you can gather is this D Day for them I havnt really got any other knowlage on this so if it is is there no other options available

Yes I did invest all on the London stock exchange about 2 years ago paid from 8pence to 10pence a share?

Hi there, can anyone help me please, this is my first posting and I have only read threads yesterday so bare with me cause since what happened I havnt been able to face up to the situation, I have invested £35,000 in shares out of my pension I have invested £5,000 in shares from my wifes pension and I have also £2,000 in a cash isa !!!! I really havnt got a clue to what is happening right now could someone in a nutshell give me the low down has to where I or we stand??? Regards
