Wimbledon Just came off the phone to hargreaves and landsdown my stockbrokers, I have just spoke to there corporate actions team and they tell me I AM A EXISTING SHAREHOLDER in this and my position is this the company carries on with there reduced share 0.10 something euro option and so on and the stocks I hold come from being suspended and can trade them as normal which that's what they are at this moment nothing else or if it gets voted the other way and then there's bankruptcy then there would be nothing in the pot for us!!! So I was told when it's time to vote I was told to call my stock broker back they will vote for me!! I urge any one that is in the same boat call your brokers find out where you are in the picture because it may be the only option we have to redeem anything!! But I was told that the shares are only suspended not bankrupt\worthless\zero

Thanks wimbledon great stuff, can I ask then what we are classed as are we still shareholders or creditors?? Or worse nothing to the old company that as gone bankrupt??and everything that's being put forward is talking about new shareholders?? If I new where I fit in I might be able to get my head around it a little better ,thanks

Wimbledon I really couldn't have put it better!! Why are some people only looking at one side of the picture or is that "negligible losses" his best outcome? Sorry guys I just wanted to through this in the pot when I spoke earlier to my stock brokers they were saying that no matter how bad and how it may look completely all one sided they said until the shares have 0 value anything can happen at the very last minute of any deal some one can come from out the blue may not happen but until a judge says there 0 value and that's when you can claim capital gains tax back he said believe anything can happen they did say there understanding was a final deal was not expected until summer and there were still early stages of a deal,so I was told to believe!!! Do I BELIEVE?

I think we are all entitled to our own take on things because things are far from clear and vent them how we choose but as I can see the guy\gal that has negotiated this deal if it is favourable to us wants knighting to get 700 euros of unsecured debt to walk away and then to include exiting sh \finish sh with a shinny newco and all the environment issues to the government!!! WOW let's hope the truth is somewhere in the middle!! I have been trying to find out if there has been any distress from our finish counterparts but I couldn't see any?? Guys this is my take on that document is that it says the newco going forward as agreed that the creditors have walked away allowing the newco to have masivly reduced to no debt but in the next breath it talks about shareholders getting shares in the newco!! There is nothing else out there that's fact that contradicts this?? Wimbledon I believe you are right maybe today when we speak to the finish shareholders this to them may be confirmed?? Look when I read all the stuff yesterday I did expecting the worst with exact quotes from the people at the head of this saying wipe out sh gone!!but nothing apart from the original press re lease that was written on then this court document between Audley the finish gov if I am wrong please someone point this out?? The one thing is you would've thought it could have been explained better and we all wouldn't be stressing hours heads off

I totally agree and as soon as I can I will be doing the same!! I have spent all afternoon reading all the stuff on Google and I would say there's 80% is nothing reporting the same things in each report all saying the same things in the same ways, yes there is the stuff from Talv and they are not saying anything about the deal Audley want to keep it secret but there is only one report which is fact is the document on the wall street trancript it's a stock exchange release talvs draft restructuring the court of espoo dated 13th march this goes onto talk about the proposed deal with Audley and the conditions of sale!! Look at paragraph b) the genrel meeting of share holders of talvivaara??? This is a legal document !! This is what they are trying to get out of admin by saying to the court moving forward as a newco this is what we are doing but unless there is anything out there since this that conflicts this?? Yes that's fine but I'm sure all those creditors who have hundreds of millions invested still have hundreds of millions after walking away! If you walk away and loose a penny or a billion pounds! And How expensive that loss is to you when you walk away!! But for me if me as a share holder and what I stand to loose walking away means that to me my loss and I will be totally honest is a god damn lot of money so making no noise to no one is not a option!!! Someone has got to be heard if no one does the decision is easy loose every one!!! And I'm not looking for a pay off I would take new shares all day long so tomorrow i will be calling these numbers to add my say

I mean shares are a risk and that's fine the company goes bust we all loose great we are all together with that but what gets me is that we are all investers in the company not leaches to it so when they sell we should be part of that sale in either get paid up or be given shares issued in said new company? I am also not knowing the procedure in shares when an investment goes wrong so a lot of this is on the fly but like you said it's ok for the traders to walk away it's not really there money so I too would walk naked round tower of London but would be more embarrassing than any good!! But what we don't have is going to be is time so if I could take a wiser stance I am obviously with you guys
