Buys massively outweighing sells again but no movement.

Friday was a false drop and its still same price.

Being talk of a 50-100m contract, one hopes that they add which will be another MOU no doubt to an actual contract signing for this to move up again as clearly MOU are doing nothing for shareholder value until confidence comes back here with a signed contract.
