From 30m odd to 70m odd, placing with an open offer with 31% dilution within 1 month.

This has been on the cards for awhile AIM, When they first mentioned blockchain name change they said they was looking into blockchain with a Telcom background which exactly what has happened with Arqit having BT as a partner for starters.
They gave themselves until this date and here we are.

Other companies with similar amount of shares in issue with 30-40m mcap are 70p plus :D haha, heres hoping. GLA

Argo did one before coming to market but i think they can only do placements to raise now with the need to dilute shareholders.

If ICO's are possible through Arqit releasing Dapps, Chorum would need less raises/dilution for cash ? If that is right or even possible it would be a very shrewd way of keeping a low amount of shares in circulation an free float.

Will mean a higher SP anyway.
