Jan rns stated accounts, April, rns issued stating in dispute, rns issued today as accounts will no longer be April due to this.

This has already been stated this morning re extension due to covid, the rns was released as they previously advised accounts would be this month, and with what has happened, what's the issue?..

"The Company expects to announce its full year results in April 2021. "

They had previously announced results due April.
I had emailed, probably along with others, for them to confirm it will still be this month, after the previous rns.

The know what is going on, they know the chance of success, they know values involved, they cannot buy..

So you think they can now buy say £5m of shares, and be successful, and that would be ok?!?? Ffs

Would they be allowed with price sensitive dispute going on...

Itsawrap, I would assume they would rather release actual figures, rather than make a provision, otherwise the accounts would be released.
No accounting isn't rocket science, and it's not collecting bin bags...

Yes, just saying there's no real reason to delay, being an accountant myself : )

They must have an idea of the value of dispute and make a provision in accounts.

I asked a while back if still being released this month, usually would get an answer, not now.

Can we just hold off until I've got some more funds to buy some more..
