I wish I hadn’t got involved with this share. It’s been a hogs dinner at the very lowest end. A contract here and there; it’s been a huge disappointment from the start to finish.

This has been a tough journey seeing the market cap diminish. Taking company private will be lucrative unless we see a big player realising the opportunities with this groups attractive commercial side. What I do know is shareholders need a boost as the deterioration in the SP has been crushing and severe.

Let’s hope the analysts predictions of 75p+ come true!

So that would mean a market cap of say £80mn. Net profits increase to £15-22mn. Return on equity 20-25%. No brainer! The current SP is an injustice…. liquidity has caused high volatility and is not a reflection on the quality of the products and management. Hoping to see a massive spike!

I’m expecting these to get back to 3p soon. Ok so some of the test drilling didn’t give the greatest results but they will find a way to resolve this. There’s plenty of opportunity and the sentiment of dropping these materially was a total over sell and not warranted. For those who got in at 1.2p well done. These will bounce through 2p and onwards to 3p….

The Saber tool carries excellent value for the company and the board. That said, they cannot blow a deal so I order to stay in business I expect a cash offer of 8-9p within a month. If new acquirers join the bidding then we could go much higher. Just my thoughts but time will tell!

Undoubtedly these have continually been battered and sit yet again not far off their all time lows. This is unfortunate as there is good value in these albeit we’ve seen profits considerably lower due to covid and high inflation etc plus recession. Patience is running out and the CEO must be considering buy back and selling on to recoup his significant lost equity. The SP is bitterly disappointing and something needs to ignite these as for all of my optimism it’s becoming bitterly frustrating. Hoping a dividend is decs led not less than 0.65p and we get news of the upturn. Margins need to improve as I agree that with a t/o of 450m, you’ve got to realise a net profit of 20m plus at least!

It’s got to rocket to possibly 4.5p- 5p at least but the well is running dry so possibly higher….

The buys I feel will take this significantly higher today. Probably up a further 30%. I think there’s every opportunity other large players will see an opportunity hence the strategic stake building. A matter of time…. but 5p will be surpassed and we could see 10p eventually?

I agree. The director buys were at a significant premium considering current valuation and this won’t be sold on the cheap. Their primary asset is considerable and this hopefully will achieve greater value for shareholders.

At this price the dividend will be decent…..I’m expecting t/o to be £480mn, gross profits of £28mn and nets profits of £12mn. Not bad at all !
