You hit the nail on the head mate. That is exactly what was going on especially the part about clowns sitting in porta cabins not having a Scrooby door what they were doing. Place was run by bluff merchants winging it...I was there over a year of pure hell before I managed to get out but I knew it was finished only a matter of when. Sad really but inevitable

Maybe if you actually had visited the site properly and look ed at the absolute vast amount of scrap discs either on show or dumped in containers. You would come to realise that actually scrap more discs than they produce. No company can survive with that amount of waste..

the white elephant also known as cvi5 had the capacity to load hundreds of discs... the problem was the actual loading of them into the furnace itself..they go in from the top not the usual front on a platform via a mechanical loader.. the actual manual handling health and safety aspect of that task day in day out there was talk of operators getting winched down into it to load it... gm were on site for long enough to see what a **** show it was in there...

It dont really matter what i failed to omit though does it.. because unless you have actually worked on the site for an extended period of time and been involved in the process side it of you cannot be taken seriously with any of your comments with all due respect.... because that company was always going under going back at least 18 months...

That new furnace that is getting talked about or should I say the heap of scrap that was left outside for over 12 months to the elements to rust and rot...was nothing but a white elephant to shareholders...once GM realised this they dropped the hammer and legged it...same as most decent and capable employees...ones left behind were unskilled praying for a miracle... my advice ditch what yr holding but its probably way beyond that now.

This company is finished trust me and that is coming from an ex share holder and recent employee
