For claim we are valuing Sement at purchase price not future valuation as the future event never occured.

Precived valuation would have been calculated for 66% of the business being $1.8m. So $4.2m claim is good yes/no?

When listing the value for IPO and go down as well as up.

Making a cliam for $4.2m shows theres money hidden/taken from somewhere .

Surely they should be making a claim for say $1.5 to $2m which may be loss of profit as the 1st RNS said back in June from memory.

So the question is what is $1.5m to $2m a percentage of ( or profit) Year ending December 2025 coming into play here maybe. Disapperaing funds!

Final note on Semnet at least we now have court dates/timelines to look forward to and follow progress. If it gets that far and doesn't get settled out of court. Ground zero is $4.2m. Abri was lesser fair amount it they agreed upon it.

It really depends on what our end goal is here. 100% cash, 50/50 plus asset or 100% cash and asset (Sement)

Very much to play for now. Big mistake not settling Arbi for defendants.
