I once had dinner with a CEO and was told they don’t need to RNS everything all the time if it was mentioned previously. Example being if a company announced they just bought a lease with 5 oil wells plugged and abandoned or has 5 licenses to drill.l and will start to drill in a partiy day and drilling program will take 6 months They didn’t need to RNS each spud /well. They could just tell investors after the six months or so.
