G was leaving the company as we knew last year. We have been ove this. On top of this it may be his in a clasue to sell shares and reduce voting rights etc. On top of this he may have been given 12months/24months to reduce holding by his new palce of work etc so avoiding any conflict of interest etc.

Or simply he needs the money as its alot.

What you’re trying to suggest is it’s a given said company will fail. Then at goes against what Sandbox is . You bring the idea/product and run live tests with protection of FCA. It’s FCAs you have kept failing as they were not ready. Others had to may only have had products below par or that fitted the scope of FCA.
