In theory the Mcap would have only go up by the payment expected in any given quarter or patent interval. As there is

always the threat of non payment for whatever reason.

You couldn’t even add goodwill to the Mcap as there is a caveat of $1 for non payment etc valuing such any goodwill or perceived value basically to zero.
