Read the last RNS on Corp update 100 times if it hasn't sunk in yet. Ground zero is from this RNS release. All the other nonsense you come out with is for your trade which you even admit you make losses on doing.

At the rate Semnet is moving ($36m contract) it will pay for itself. If other deals and contracts are lined up fantastic. Which I'm sure we will find when and how etc.

Now paying for Semnet in shares is not a big issue as the value is there in Semnet. VWAP can be applied at anytime be it at .005p or 0.05p. One would think you would take a higher VWAP as this increases your asset base (bottom book value).

Now if 900m shares sit on my accounts I would want them to be low as possible until I convert if needed to avoid CGT/Corp Tax or whatever tax is in that jurisdiction.

Now GST to save CT for YE 24/25 could pay this off in cash or part cash to reduce overall CT in the UK.

Even listing Semnet on Nasqad may even pay the final payment out of IPO.

All complecated stuff but the boffins will be doing the sums.

AHS as for Nasdaq listing i would add afew months onto it starting from Jan 25 when Trump takes over. His admin may just want to get things running on new money asap. Post Nov 5th we may get a bounce in the USA then gloves are off plenty of money to be thrown about.

Also Sement looks like its going to be a standalone business by this direction.
