YOu to consider is a company on main/aim actually doing what they say and building a business.

Not like what you get told by CEO's in oilies and miners. Look at the different approach GST take and compare it to the worst company you will ever see on AIM being RRR. Just read the crap the CEO comes out with and the PR rubbish and still a black hole to show for it. Its actually a good read on RRR. Every new investor should take a few week to read RNS's and it will educate you.

Oh by the way the posts on IPO today need to be studied and looked into at the moment. Financial credibility is a key pillar to establishing listing and valuation.

Anyway not to worry about in for now as we have 10 more weeks . In which time TGC has to fork out $15m for listing. On top of this give GST consideration (payment) for Semnet share!

How many shares would TGC need to buy into GST. Or would it be wise for TGC to buy shares in GST. They are putting up $15m for IPO then they will need to buy a slice of Sement/GST at some point.
