Back to lastnights post...........if sold , if not sold etc with or without RNS. The casing point I was making is that its not a lot of shares to pay Semi. If anything its done the SP verygood!

Higher the SP the fewer shares for consideration.

Jiffy was just a suggestion.

If Jiffy's F-a-g pack calculations are correct. 70m share could have been issued last week easy dripping 10m per on the market.

Who knows?.............................but getting very exciting indeed!!! Now look for bigger Xmas present.

Jiffy higher the SP the better for Sement consideration.

However better why will be part cash, part share to reduce any furture liabilites to HMRC or any other aurthority. Or full cash if GST shows a good profit for YE 24/25.

Curve ball time..................If Semi IPO goes the well this will off offset any consideration regardless of how to pay . It could even be deffered until next March. . As soon as IPO is on Nasdaq IPO calander this will be baked into the SP very early.

Semi needs to show good finacials to be considered for IPO. So we will need to show some pritty good figures to get this over the line.

All the above has to be done before 31/03/25. To avoid any CT/CGT
