However you really need to consider the key fact with yesterdays RNS. We have 83% and the Government has 17% which is normal practice/conditions. There are other mineral deals around the world where the Government has 95%, like in Iraq for example.

HE1 can now split this 87% anyway in wants and do what it wants now!
