However after reading Surgios posts out lining the GST case I'm very biased towards rockets being launched early

Either way wouldn't it be nice if SP corrected itself to 1.34p to force them to either pay us cash eqvi or buy shares on the market for at least 1.34p

A1 they will have to give us the cash for 58m shares that they would have gained when they sold for profits above 1.34p plus.

Lets hope they sold at higher. It really depends on the judgement or is the $4.2m claim accounting for any share sells above 1.34p. We just don't know.

but looks like evidence or claims for stay were rejected and previous evidence given in December sticks.

If they don't appeal then its over basically no need to go forward.

MAssive it could stop on the 9th and save costs and time.

Personally I would like it to go to court so I can read the case notes after. However business head saying get it over the line and lets get back to Plan A and IPO Sement. If its still on the table.
