As it’s private company there will be a share register and my even be reported on Companies house confirming number of share holders or major share holders that qualify under Companies house rules.

I can’t see this happening unit the deal is done and in the bag. You will then get confirmation or a website set up for share holders to register there interest (maybe share certificate or confirmation number like the old ‘bargin matched condition a’ when you use to phone up and put you shares up for sale etc and send your certs in/got cancelled.

In the meantime we really should be looking for new buyers as the success of COIL may brush off on to MK and value it more.
