Original said £2m for bake then I revised it to upper limit with a conversion I was having with Zag to £4m for bake. I know it was big target but was using the estimated revenue from exchanges and cash in hand.

Go back to one of my earlier posts l, posted 2 weeks ago. I did say we raised funds in Jan as its Tax free and can sit in out accounts for 31/03/25. We used all previous funds to pay for Bake to reduce CT.

Now back to shares. It doesn’t matter what anyone owns or percentages. I own 58.5m and looking to buy 1.5m more before results. You all know I buy whenever my cash cow gives. I have been holding on as the cows been giving too much and there’s more to come.

As of Monday it was 62.5m for a TR1 . That’s now changed with additional shares.

I did say I will be selling some shares this financial year. 10m will be my 1st sell and would prefer 4.2p (originally 5.92p ). However the sell price dropped with the extra shares I buy.

The residential care home we have here for certain damping posters is just that. They have a narrative to stick to and it evident. Just by the absenteeism’s on certain days and periods.

They went he’ll for leather yesterday and it didn’t work. Even deranged poster pre open. Like the positive poster we had last week!!’

Time will tell if you have done your research you know what you have invested in. If other investors need spoon feeding then that’s their issue and should take it up with the Company. No share goes up in a straight line and it’s called investing. Trading is something else.

The good thing is I could buy £50k shares tomorrow or sell £50k worth either way I could ruin anyone’s short and lock you in. However we are all here to make money and I did like AHS’s early when he said when he sells a share that’s it his done with it. I think a few others could do with the same approach.

Now keep the noise down and price not back in the UK until 19th and only want to top up around 21st onwards as RR have results update as well GST so timing will be the key.

I own 6m shares at around 2.1p I sold originally at 5.9p on the way down.

I purchased another 2m shares over the last 3 or so months.

So that’s 8m votes against Colin Bird. Now I’ve been around along enough since Andy Morrisons days when we use find water!

Now I have been saying for over 12 months it’s not the price of copper that will determine BR. It’s TONNAGE to hit economies of scale. I was slated by the resident PR guru who apparently understands everything in the RNS that’s not written in the RNS!

By some lock last update mentioned BR needs more tonnage. Go figure that out.

Now my issue is with Colin Bird and his poor deal with Manica sale then the extension without getting anymore money for doing so.

Now you could get the same excuses being used for Manica’s sale when it comes to the crunch to sell BR etc.

Spend our money for his inner circle. I compared Colin Bird to the one of the worst CEOs on AIM being Andrew Bell. Of RRR, Colin comes in close 2nd.

Only saving grace is Colin actually got the money in.

We are waiting for the right type of shovel and bucket to turn up. To keep capex down.

We raised for a reason yesterday. One would think to do it now than after results to maintain value momentum. As after the raise in Jan it lowered the sp baseline.

Did we get the usual ramps last week in to the raise . SP spiked. Certainly was one poster going help for leather but not around yesterday. After spike last Monday the absentees turned up. Very strange that.
