The difference is Directors don’t need to buy shares. They can award themselves shares every year for free. So why buy?. Look at XTR CeO gives his team performance related shares every year and we don’t get a say in it. The SP has crashed even with $3m income a year for 4 years.

Massive there is always a right time for them to Buy for the right reason.

Not for just creating a news event.Otherwise when they do buy something happens or sp drops etc . They use the excuse “well we are share holders too “ or “ if you get diluted so do we”

Over a year ago I said it was about tonnage and said fool agreed in the end in an RNS.
