Kat you forget Rev never had a license until last year I think. Even they struggled until they went to USA

No RNS would give details on a contractual nature.

L88 nothing could go into our accounts until the deal was complete in November 2024.

Like I said any issue is after November 2024 as that’s when we took over. However this is 3 months approx to our year end March 2025z so now I pin down the was noticed December 2024 to March 2025 hence no figures in our Accounts as they would have been an error or discrepancy.

Furthermore Sements 2024/25 figures would be going into our accounts for GST 2025/26.

However they could drop figures into GST interims December

Conflation or confusion?

There was RNS at the start pre 06/12/23 RNS from memory , could have been after but all history.

Also this was mentioned months agai the deal with Semnet was done whilst said contract was in play. If anything it took our involvement to get this maybe over the line. Whatever that was either giving Semnet gravitas or finance.

Now look at the jump in revenue for Semnet accounts to $44m ( see accounts December 2024)

The issue I believe is what the 2 toe rags have down after Feb 2024 completion. Now one would think that everything was rosey until November 2024 this is when the final payment shares were going to be paid for Semnet. There was a 9 month clause for payment.

Now the timeline for any issues that have arisen must be from November 2024 to Say June 2025 or earlier when we noticed anything. As the final payment was awarded the 2 directors started to play away!!!

So anyone that sold shares may have done from Say December on wards that were awarded to for as payment.

I think they own 22% still they will definitely forfeit this.

I said before suspension. If we can get that 22% the. It’s game on. We own more of the business and a larger share of any IPO

BFD they can’t sell and if they did they will have to pay it back or forfeit part off the deal/sale of Semnet.
