I actually just opened the YE report (didn't get a chance on flight as wifi was c rap).

It clearly states Semnet will be included in H1 25 results. Spooky really I read that this morning as I did a rough timeline for Semnet deal being completed and included yesterday replying to L88.

I must read it all now!!!
