I think the hold ups may have been on both sides. This deal looks completed with its stages.

Pleiades Pharma Ltd Had to satisfy its institutional investors. So they can control they have better controls in releasing funds at different stages and see progress with timelines and events (milestones)

ROQ had to satisfy our CLN holders as well. Mk Ltd gives us that protection.

Bonus for ROQ and CLN investors is Coil deal.
