This is casing point. Why you shouldn't not say such things. You can only confirm when regulatory bodies have given approval. So if we use the same approach for MiCA then it doesn't happen or gets delayed (last white paper was 27/10) then its used as a stick to deramp etc.

They haven't overstated anything at all. There is a caveat in every RNS.

You really need to look at your understanding at what can be said, what can't be said and what you think should be said.

The answer is inbetween somewhere.
