Thanks for that I did listen to the podcast but missed that difference re met/COKE.

I did try to find up to date prices on COKE but didn't find the COKE I wanted!!

As it is Zimbabwe the resource isn't that important until it moves into production.e.g. look at Prem with its massive lithium resourceand RHA tungsten mine but nice to know.

I am invested and am looking forward to seeing a margin of £1M a month in the next two months and I completely agree that at £28M CGO is undervalued.

It does look good but many a slip between cup and lip. With places in at 6p with warrants avail to them at 12p I do feel that the sp will definitely rise. Interesting times that is for sure and yes I can see this cos valuation rising quickly towards £50M.

At present CGO valuation is low but I can't see how the margin can be $300 after all met coal is being sold pres at around $330.
If you want to believe $200 margin fair enough but personally I cannot see a margin after all costs taken into account above $150. But no matter CGO is still undervalued and the reason?

BEN is also in production now and BEN is producing 40k tons per month rising to 80000 tons per month insude 10 weeks. CGO is expecting 3000 tons per month.

Bottom line you cannot compare the two.

By year end I am expecting BEN to have a £1B co valuation. It is undervalued!

CGO is also undervalued but they are not comparable IMO

So all I am saying whilst GBP is undervalued there may not be the upward sp reaction you are hoping for.

Only issue fior me with the duv talk is that I was not an original shareholder!!!

That makes no sense.They have,warrants to buy shares at 30p.Why would they sell shares fir less than 30p.Also if the warrant holders take up their warrants to buy said shares if they hold those shares they get an option of a free bonus share. Warrant holders I am sure are exercising their warrants but there is no way they are selling

Well what do you reckon will the warrants which expire on the 4th be taken up. Personally I reckon they will only because in no time the sp will break through 40p after today's news!!

Any Warrant holder who exercises at least 25% of their Warrants between 20 January 2022 and 2 February 2022 will be granted one Bonus Warrant for each Warrant exercised.

All other Warrant terms will remain unchanged. The Bonus Warrants will have the following key terms:

· An exercise period which expires on 5 February 2023;

· An exercise price of 45 pence per new ordinary share of 3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares");

· Transferrable (however no application will be made for admission to trading on any recognised trading platform); and

· The Bonus Warrants will have a call option whereby in the event that the Ordinary Shares closes above 40 pence per Ordinary Share (mid-market closing price on AIM), the Company has the right (but not the obligation) at any time thereafter to call warrant holders to exercise all warrants held by them within 7 days. Any warrants not exercised when so required by the Company will automatically expire at the end of the 7-day period

Sam I am one if those who bought in immediately this RNS was announced paying 28.35 but why wouldn't you welcome new holders? Sorry if I have that wrong but todays RNS sounded like a game changer to me and the warrants once taken up at 30p will be like a massive placing of circa £2M if I have read it correctly. Those who bought in today did better than the warrant holders so the question is will the warrant holders take up the warrants which has just had an extension date? Not much point if they can buy in slightly lower but that is touch and go.

Of course there are also warrant holders at 60p so in all likelihood the sp should move up to and above 60p!!
This was great news today surely and if all the warrant holders take up their options we will have a co with a C/V of £6M

What's your view on the numbers. $100$ NP seems pretty reasonable to me and with met coal prices at all time high I Imagine that BEN will prob hedge this?

Talk of doubling in NP with second High waller is prob pessimistic IMO as many of our costs will be fixed so should see greater than doubling NP

I feel with $80 NP per tonne is not unreasonable.

Again being Conservative and ignoring fixed costs benefit then each HWM should deliver circa £32M/ annum.

Three HWMs would see a £1B co.

By May we will have IMO 2 HWMs producing annualused NP of £64M and on a PE of 5 only I I am fairly confident that a £1 will arrive a lot sooner than December but as ever with shares time will tell. At present the market is stating that 40p is up with events for now?
