BG held 7.7% They are a major shareholder but as if today now own zero.
On looking at the new deal which intends to take the co private BG are not involved in the new deal.

The co is valued at £4M and around 50 % is tightly held. It is possible that some of those holders may want to increase theirs take?

Those large holders will be in a privileged position and will have all the inside track.
