I do not know why I invest but apart from the legal connection I just do not understand why this news yesterday on Flagship has any bearing at all on Whetstone but if it does then that is indeed wonderful news. I just do not see the connection Flagship changed its name in Feb 2016 with a new team of investors but come on guys I am totally dumb but what am i missing I was never any good at joining dots!!!!!

To be honest the sp dropped and I couldnt buy and there have been a number of times when the share has been NT and there have been times when the spread has been as wide as 10% Holders should just hold and wait as our day will come. This company has so much going for it and valued sub �20M The shares are tightly held. I am so looking forward to the company announcing their partner

Obtaining a new broker should be straight forward and I am expecting the sp to rise as the sales should dry up as Beaufort will not be selling next week. However what about the deal they have with PCGE Any ideas how that might pan out will RP have a chance to negotiate the deal with the adminstrators. Uncertain

And yes I am slightly underwater but I honestly feel that this share will move in a northwards direction. I have now re read the RNS 5 times and every time I think how can people sell their shares after that announcement but it takes all sorts. OK 16 months to move to clinical stage can seem like a long time but have a look at the list of shareholders detailed on their web site and the fact that the company are in discussions with interested parties and at least one would dwarf Memo!! This is valued at sub �20M. This is ripe to be taken over. The New York state have invested as have others and did anyone see the buy at the close? Holy Moly that is a confidence statement. No wonder the mms were keeping the sp down around 5p that was some order to fill. Yup there is a lot more to come here, As for Dave I have him on ignore so didnt even know he was de ramping here. 100M shares are tradeable plus some (probably not many) warrants may also be being forward sold to profit on their 4p warrant price. I have bought shares at 4p but I am not selling so in all likelihood those warrant holders will not be selling either? So lets say there are around 110M shares being traded. IMO this share is pretty tightly held and the sp over time will rise. 18p? Well i think we may be getting a bit carried away but could this reach a x/v ofn �50M Quite possibly DYOR There is enough to watch and read of late to enable tyo to make a balance decision. This share is not a sure thing but it is definitely interesting!!!
