Very vague.....
"1. We are determined to continue to work together and coordinate our action to tackle the pandemic and its consequences. The epidemiological situation remains serious, and the new variants pose additional challenges. We must therefore uphold tight restrictions while stepping up efforts to accelerate the provision of vaccines.
2. For the time being, non-essential travel needs to be restricted. We welcome the adoption of the two Council recommendations on travel within, and into, the EU, according to which restrictions can be introduced in accordance with the principles of proportionality and non-discrimination and taking into account the specific situation of cross-border communities. The unhindered flow of goods and services within the Single Market must be ensured, including by making use of Green Lanes."
Denby, Ok I'll humor you. when I make money, it doesn't disappear, what happens when I buy a 50 grand piece of equipment for my business, who gets the work? How many charities do I donate to every year?, how many people will I help to employ, spending the money I make? Money goes round and round, it isn't hoarded in a pot while the world burns, please lighten up and realise that the world does not revovle around one company. When it goes from one company it goes straight to another.
I disagree Arsenal, I think the pace of vaccination will dictate everything, I think long haul will be back up before we are ready. The engineering sector is picking up with extra shifts being put back on and furloughs ending from what I hear, I don't think it will be negative, that's why I'm gluing myslef to this lvl 2 to try and get back in for as low as possible, and mop up some free shares! Sentiment is a bugger though and ultimately when a share is volatile you are going to get gamblers and day traders like me who will try and take advantage, and rightly so! plenty of turbulence ahead, but overall a rosy future! Money to be made for all!
I think you are onto a winner Jonny, I have worked for companies that manufacture parts for AML and Rolls on a huge scale, so I kind of know the market really well, and after 25+ years in the industry, some investments are a no brainer! Greggs will always be my holy grail of shares, the only regret I have is not ploughing my life savings into them when they dropped back to £11.00 a share near first lockdown, I knew they would rocket back upto over £20.00! I held them from £4.65 too and sold out at £20.87, a glorious day haha.
A friend of mine has held for 22 years here and he is massively down, it's not always the best approach, just set a price you are happy with and make a profit, it might take 1 month, 3 months 6 months 2 years, 5 years, but just take your profit when you can. DO what you are happy with.....I can honestly say I want money now, I don't like waiting for years, the longest I held was Greggs but I knew it would keep growing and paying me off.....AMl was a 2 week hold for 80%, ECR minerals was a 2 month hold for a 200% return. Here I got a 5 week hold for 20% but I'm not done yet. There is no right and wrong way of investing!
I think you will get £1.26 easily if you hold. Buy and sell depth on lvl 2 are pretty even at the moment, so a drop could come later. sells at 607 buys at 569, 40mil volume for today 17m of which was in the first half hour. I don't think I'll see a buy back in price, which is ok I've made my profit and then some, I can live with that. I will track the share up until results and then decide whether to reinvest on any unexpected drops.
Your first post told us you bought in at around. 70 and you're spouting and sp of £10.00 by 23/24.....5 posts later you told us you bought in at. 90 and looking at projections of £5.00 At least my "flannel" is based on something real and not completely made up. Cheeky!
