I'm not impressed with the presentation!

The BOD recommended the GTE offer, I'm not defending Majid, far from it, but remember this deal was passed because the "Institutional" shareholders voted for it in large numbers.

Like many I too am really disappointed.

How low can this share go?

I sold out last Friday, mainly because I did not feel comfortable with the GTE presentation plus to a lessor extent the Majid reading from a script sad effort, (maybe he was not really "pulling the strings"?).

I got 12.45, made a reasonable return, but......... I would have liked i3E to continue as I invested for the income and I liked the narrative they put forward in 2024.

But the deals done, make decision about the new situation and move on that's the only thing that can be done.

The main shareholders and BOD always make the decisions for AIM companies and in my experience it has always been like that....... retail shareholders are in for the ride and should always understand the risks and never know the truth.

It's annoying, disappointing, but that's what it is.

As most retail shares will have been held in ISA's or SIPP's maybe the 18 is 18 x institutions holding shares on behalf of their clients?

In many ways - particularly the comments made by the BOD regarding the worth and future of the company and the information given to shareholders, (but what was said in private to the larger shareholders?), during the period from early 2024 regarding merger/take over bids.

If it is a "NO" vote haven't GTE said in the Document that their offer is Final and that they will not increase it, information which has been used by shareholders in their decision on which way to vote etc.

Certainly a plan to consider if the vote fails ......... but if it does give it a few days

DEC has always intrigued me - whether to add to a small nominal investment

I got out of i3e last Friday - didn't like the look of the GTE directors and their presentation and also Majid's reading from a pre prepared script.

Didn't want GTE shares and didn't want to wait until Jan for the money if the deal goes thru, so sold my just over 151,000 shares a 12.45p.

What's in it for the 5 x Directors and Senior Employees - OK they are picking up over 1 million in salary + Acquisition Bonus and money for some of their share options - but as I understand it Majid and the some of the others will be leaving and not be re-employed by GTE ............ so Majid will move on and not be part of GTE?

Does this mean that GTE have still to raise the funds for the cash part of their offer for i3E?

I should have said Directors and Senior Officers, (6 people) - which includes the 2 Statutory Directors, (Majid and Ryan Heath) - it does state in the Document that "the senior officers ....... who may be rehired by Gran Tierra following .........

presumably as you indicate, that implies Majid and Ryan Heath will be leaving?

If the deal goes thru, as well are their options, the Directors are pulling out £1,129,000 (Majid) and Canadian $ 5,500 million, (the 5 other directors) in Severance and Bonus payments - is Majid are they staying on in GTE? - I would not want to back them after all this ......... and how do you think that they will react if the deal is voted down?
