Someone pointed out the other day that Tea had bought 50k of the placement shares, I will be watching to see how they trade this one, as they have purchest placement shares, in a few of the stocks I hold so far made some nice proffits and then dumped there stock For instance one company it bought in for .250 and then sold 12 days later at .350 making 44%ish in 12 days The price continued to .450 but then has dropped back to .360 So I think they,called that one well, as to how they valued that company im sorry to name other stocks on this bb, but me personally will be watching very closely on when they jump

Lol the reason I bought into here about a year ago was cos DL was ramping it at the time. I've been sat on a heavy loss ever since, how ever I did ave down, and for a few brief minutes on Friday I was actually breaking even, Unfortunately I was traveling and unable to access internet, so it seems I'm locked in again for the time being. Regarding the takeover, I need some help,to understand it better. I see it as We own 9.5% ish gis with a mcap of £3m ish We dilute the shares xs11 to gain the remaining 90.5% of Gis The est. value will then be £12m ish Or have I got this completely wrong

I agree, this site could do with a few more like riddler, I appreciate all the posts I see of his, most bbs if you have a concern over your investment, you'll get jumped by a pack of wolfs, being accused of being a deramper but all I've ever seen him do is point out all the possible pitfalls No one is right 100%. Of the time, all the time But seeing 2 different view point certainly helps Btw I hAve no investment here but watching closely to see how this pans out
