This is my concern with the whole company..... Let's buy an asset spend 10years and millions of shareholders money pretending we're developing it. Only to give it away for peanuts .......When will this company ever show a profit? after all it's only been nearly 20 years in existence Well done the bod on another epic fail I suppose they will tell us again in the next rns about how good they are at managing investments The whole setup stinks IMO

No AJB, as I said.... Director buys aren't always a good sign to buy, and I for one certainly wouldn't buy into a stock because the director is buying, especially on this roulette wheel they call the aim market

From most of my aim experience I usually find when aim directors buy, it either because: they is going to be long periods without news, and they know the sp will drift, Or, there trying to get the sp up in order to create extra confetti One aim director.... And no it has nothing to do with prim.. Bought 60k of shares in his company, then a few day later did a placing for the exact same amount to pay a consultancy fee...... Many of the consulting fees we had payed in the past were companies he played a part in.... I'm not saying prim are upto anything like this whatsoever. I'm simply saying director buys aren't always a good sign to buy

The last time we saw the sp at today's high was the spike after the takeover was announced... As for a few seconds I was breaking even ...... And at one point today I was only about �29. Down....

Yeah I’m still under water here, I think my old average was 0.34ish..... i currently need 4.06p to break even...I also still think dl and DS gave us a bad deal on the take over as effectively we paid 120% to own 100% of gis. IMO Still aleast things are moving in the right direction now

Sentence, the difference being Cerp was a pile of smelly stuff with a bod who were way out of there depth..... Much like Matt is....... Leo koots has a proven track record ...he's went to Cerp and seems to know exactly how to manage wells and up production without putting the company into a death spiral If Matt had whatever it takes to run an oil company successfully... Hawk would never have gotten this low....

Steveho, if your implying a take over I don't think it would be possible, as the bod own70%ish of shares, so they will always win the vote, However there would also be nothing to stop the bod, if they wanted to take this private
