From most of my aim experience I usually find when aim directors buy, it either because: they is going to be long periods without news, and they know the sp will drift, Or, there trying to get the sp up in order to create extra confetti
One aim director.... And no it has nothing to do with prim..
Bought 60k of shares in his company, then a few day later did a placing for the exact same amount to pay a consultancy fee......
Many of the consulting fees we had payed in the past were companies he played a part in....
I'm not saying prim are upto anything like this whatsoever.
I'm simply saying director buys aren't always a good sign to buy
