@troublesome…..I have never said that testing was not needed nor if it is needed now or in the future. That much is clear that there will be some revs from this. However we are guessing what sort of volumes of testing will be needed in the future.

Back to Novacyt, they have added a number of positions to the company which all need to be paid from the £77,204,000 cash position 30 June 21. Also Anthony Dyer and Graham Mullis will be after their second tranch payment from the LTIP which itself is hefty. Plus IT-IS payments to go out along with say £3m each month for expenses. Then itinerary needs raw materials. Perhaps a fair amount will be set aside for legal action if no DHSC ADR outcome. £100m minus £3m revs at risk for 2021 but what is the profit from this? Lots of questions we need answering. Where will that income come from in the future, strategy needs to be reassessed by David very quickly.

Which made me think, how would you know that I was posting back them as even I don’t have that info. That leads me all the way back to our good old friend BLOE. That other rip off company that swindled investors. I remember that was the start of me standing up against the incessant ramping. Luckily I got out with a small profit. Another share that went from 2p to 18p all of the back of Paul Haywood ramping away to get £12m and all the way back down to 1.45 that is currently trades at. Do you remember that board ramper who watched it go all the way up and all the way down. He is still there doing exactly the same. That’s why I don’t trust rampers these days and would prefer to debate something that is not factually correct. What wonderful memories.

I’m not sure where the growth story is with EKF. They are obviously becoming a dividend company and I guess the growth story will be incremental. I feel they have almost reached that first big milestone with the inaugurate dividend payment.

Anyhow, I bought here and most of my original investment has disappeared on paper so I wouldn’t have a huge amount to put into another company not feel I wish to at this point. For EKF I would also be buying in high, something I made the mistake in doing with NCYT.

Like most, I remain hopeful that we are near the bottom of the share price but as others are, I remain surprised that the share price keeps going down but with the added realisation that the company just aren't doing enough to attract new investors. It is not our job to do this for them, the royal ‘we’ are turning snippets of information into whatever story we conjure up.

Rise hall…..are you aware if there is any maximum timeframe with Alternative Dispute Resolutions?

There must be a point in time where all options and talks have been exhausted or a time frame that all talks must have taken place by? The governmental guidance is a little confusing and at times contradictory. I would be interested if anyone has been involved with real life cases involving company’s and contracts with uk government departments.

I did not report your post Saintsmith. I am not Valvu, I have only ever had one other handle here on LSE that I asked admin to remove a few years ago due to death threats and horrible things said about my children they found on Facebook. Understandably, I dissociated myself with that username and reported those that attacked me outside of this bb using private information they had found that I had innocently given about myself.

I will continue to debate my investments. I worked hard to build up my money, money that I do not wish to lose. I have every right to debate opinions or information which can be proven to be incorrect. I have every right to tell a company that I am part owner of to improve and voice my disapproval to them.

If you want to attack me, go ahead Saintsmith, perhaps you will get this thread removed too.

The bit that is missing is that EKF have proven revenues of at least £40m per year since 2014. Since 2011, they have seen year on year growth in revenues. That is simply not the case with Novacyt. They have very little in proved revenue streams prior to covid and let’s face it were a mess up until that point.

You look how vibrant and exciting the EKF annual reports are. Nice overview of all the products, year on year analysis of tests sold. The website is investor friendly to. Look at our website, old washed out grey and orange colours in boring font, hard to navigate between parent pages. It needs a complete overhaul. I would like them to invest in improving their website. Instead they create ridiculous amateur websites that only us seem to know exists. I can’t even remember or find it now.

EKF are more than positive about the future, they have proven covid and non covid revenue streams which affords them the ability to pay out dividends.

Saintsmith….I started posting here 27th May 21. So who was responsible for the 4 months of constant downtrend in the share price beforehand?

If you want to ban anything ban the ridiculous rumours or misinformation that “positive posters” are more than happy to share to influence new investors who like all of us will just end up being trapped in a share run by the same useless BoD who show zero appetite or willingness to promote their own company and invite new investors into it.

You Saintsmith may not have any morals but I certainly do. It is just wrong to try and tap up new investors with false information. You just spread out the pain even more.

If you want to do something, stop promoting this share on nothingness, false figures. Just like last night on Southampton and Portsmouth and Germany that misses out the background to those numbers which show the fear you are trying to spread is simply not true. If you don’t like people presenting their own case to information posted on here, then tough, that’s how bbs work.

Your vision Saintsmith is to create a boiler room with nothing but positivity. Tell me, where will that land new and existing investors? If you want to do something positive (which I will more than help with), is to voice your anger at The BoD who are simply not listen. That is how change will happen and not by telling them they are doing great, which you are at present.

This has been an awful investment. I feel a lot of us have been duped by the company last year. Other external factors exist and that I agree but how on gods earth were the LTIP payments and other bonus agreed to be paid out in Oct/Nov 2020? There better have not been one bonus payout for the last year.

Covid is managed now, no different to the risk of flu. Most are protected against serious health issues. Soon most kids will be protected. So a few catch it, pass it on and then what. What’s the difference between that and flu? Everyone still thinking we are in 2020 where it was all I known and towards the end people were vaccinated. In late 2020 and into 2021, the vaccine roll out was successful in the uk, the vaccine itself is proven to be winning the battle. New variants have not been an issue. Business has adapted and able to react. Completely different times to this time last year. Move on and embrace the vaccine success. Yes, it stinks for our investment but humanity lives on. That’s why it is important for us to step away from covid revenues and look to the future and put pressure on BoD to be transparent……otherwise I am concerned that this becomes a lifestyle company in the future.

Why don’t you understand Parkez? The competition has grown massively, and the UK government want private to stump up the cost of testing. You won’t get anywhere near the same level of testing. Most vaccinated now and will probably get very mild symptoms so won’t bother getting tested. Even novacyt have commented that COVID revenues will reduce year on year. The business needs to grow in other markets. But those other markets were tiny pre covid so we need to see what will be done to accelerate this with existing cash supplies.
