The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Rubbish just checked. You are talking out your arse.
More like buying some back for it to go lower on the sell off again - dead cat bounce as they say. Nothing to see. It could go up 100% and it wouldn’t bother me. Still massively down on this shower of **** company.
Yes insiders being fed information on dispute, otherwise we would not be at this level.
That’s disappointing Valju. If there was anyone that could save the day, its you, Valju.
Well least we are all in agreement that this company is run by a bunch of crooks who are robbing shareholders blind and without any type of strategy to play out to build and increase future revenues.
What we need now is our resident ramper to take these directors to task. On behalf of all shareholders, help our strong hands out that forever hold onto these shares and remaining crumbs of paper losses. You did this in your previous investment, which led to success for all investors and high fives all round.
What say you? Come one Scooby Dooby Valju, “where are you”!
Please save my bacon,
Yours forever,
Big Yellow Pig (two trotters on the prize).
DRB…….how is possible for James McCarthy is able to join from January 2021 and suddenly benefit from a long term investment plan he was never part of? Surely a new bonus plan would need to be set up as has the latest one.
I don’t quite understand how this £150k payment is valid to JM?
PI100…..the 10% pay increase for all board members stings but to put it into perspective that is still well under what the CFO takes as a basic at alone the CEO. The board cost is less than the cost of DAs golden handshake and McCarthys illegal LTIP payment. Unbelievable.
Loss making business paying out these sort of salaries to these two idiots who bring nothing to the business but pain.
In fact these figures will be even more when they probably add on 14% inflation to their already swelled salary package. I’d rather see the company go bankrupt and lose my very tiny remaining investment than see these fat cats earn another penny in a loss making business.
DRB ….just seen you have posted the same to affect
Wilson….the figures are under the exec heading. Of course McCarthy was paid before being voted in on 19th Oct 21 AGM but the salary as a normal employee is not published.
Perhaps someone could correct me, but has McCarthy and Allmond really been paid 73,883 & 85,744 (basic) for 10 weeks?
Extrapolated out, their basic salary’s would be as follows:-
Allmond - £446k
McCarthy - £385k (2.5xDyers salary)
On top of this, DA got a £200k golden handshake. McCarthy got a £150k cash bonus in lieu of LTIP entitlement- I mean how is that even legal when the LTIP is based on reaching targets not yet reached!
This does not include non-LTIP bonuses, pensions, or employer NI contributions and tax.
Expecting Stop losses and general market woes to drag the price down further and well below £1. Wouldn’t even buy anymore at 50p as the market sees something concerning in Novacyt.
Small hands or……
Anyway Valju, keep up the positivity, it breaks my heart to see you whine so much lately.
Looks like MMs are worried about taking the price below £1, in case it triggers some 99p stop losses and they end up with a load stock no one wants.
Wilson blocks me so you won’t learn anything but worry about his level of detail for such an outspoken poster on the forum.
If you read page 61 properly, you’ll see that those figures for Dave Allmond and James McCarthy are as of being in post from 18th October 2021 to year end (31st December 2021)……maybe extrapolate those out to 12 months to get true answer.
Yes I’m holding it in my hands right now
BeechKnot……..
Maybe you could walk down the high street with a large cardboard sign stuck to your back, telling everyone what a great investment this is. I’m sure you would have more success than you are on here!
Valju…..where’s your positivity, you’re damaging sentiment here with your negativity and damaging all LTHs investments! The BoD are doing a great job, working hard in the background, this will rocket on a sniff of good news. The science is great and product lines are being renewed. Investors will be queuing up to buy our shares, just hold on to them tightly with strong hands. These tree shakes by the MMs are designed to move shares from the impatient to the patient. They want PIs out of here. STOP BEING SO NEGATIVE!!!!
“BOD should all be fired for what they HAVENT done to protect investors/shareholders... honestly peed off!”

My guess is that you haven’t got a clue. You don’t understand volume and how this has plummeted to virtually nothing as interest has disappeared completely in this share due to the poor vision and execution shown by the board and exec committee.
My guess is that the current 52wk low will be beaten and the sp will soon drop below £1.00.
My guess is that you continue to post on a daily basis that you have bought more and the sp is about to rocket……my guess is that you will be wrong.
A 12 bagger or 1200 percent rise from here would still be below prices seem less than 2 years ago. Shockingly poor company ran by equally poor management with no focus, strategy or willingness to grow the company. One of AIMs worst stocks in history.
Your guesses have been wrong ever since you arrived here.
You think we have reached the bottom ….. the amount of people who arrive here and think the same, tells you how many have been wrong. Perhaps we are at the bottom or perhaps we have further to drop. My guess is that you haven’t got a scooby.
Beechknot…what is the point of these ridiculous one line posts. No one cares if you have bought more and if you have, it ain’t much. You come across as a gambler backing the wrong horse every time. How much you lost on Novacyt, GDR and CINE etc? Based on your post history and buys, most of it I’d say.
Hi Gizmo…..don’t set your hopes to high.
