I'm having trouble finding where the company has stated it started restructuring the business last summer. Links to the appropriate webpage/ docs would be good or is it on an old RNS?

OK if that's a fact what do you believe will be in the next RNS and when do you expect to be released?

It would be nice if the $400m owed by GG has been received, all the workers paid, a 1p divi in our accounts on Christmas Eve and an RNS stating that FRR will resume trading on the FTSE350 from January 2nd (2020).

Could well be right. Restructuring of a company usually takes about 12 months to complete. Implementation of the restructuring plan doesn't start until after 6 months.

Obviously the actual timescale depends on the willingness, proactiveness and experience of all parties.

Tsbs: I think we need Oopsi's expertise to answer your question as thoroughly as it can.

It could be they all getting together to just that...to start proceedings to withdraw from the case and stating to the court/judge the reasons. BWTFDIK or any of us for that matter...except maybe Oopsi.

To some this is obvious but wasn't to me until recently, maybe not to others also. If you have a long with a spreadbetting account (ie IG) you are also entitled to dividends. not sure how this is worked out though. Anybody know?

I'm assuming this will climb back up to the 40's today and double that once all restructuring is complete. IMHO :-)
