The company maintains or has knowledge of the register of members. It is inexcusable for it to claim so far as it is aware. If the company does not know who and where their shares are and how they are being transferred then who does??

I don’t like the statement “in so far as the Company is aware,” - could very well be why in Nov the market was flooded.
