Accounts must be filed by the end of June 2018. According to: http://www.victoriaoilandgas.com/investors/news/posting-agm-notice the accounts will be posted before the AGM. Curiously, note also "the Company expects to publish and circulate the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts to shareholders before the AGM and a separate General Meeting will be convened as soon as possible to consider these. Further details of the proposed General Meeting shall be provided in due course." Is the separate meeting normal or is not one of the reasons for the AGM?

Banjo, good grief man, this is not an audit. LTHs have been kind enough to email copies of those holdings. That allows a sufficient basis at least to move forward with general genuine sentiment.

jcl / mt - thanks for your emails. i had previously apologised for the delay, which is ongoing. the verification process and drafting will take some time. i am not a troll and i take exception to being accused of same given the work put in to date. remember, i first posted by holdings. if someone else wants to take over then fine. but i thought if a job was worth doing it was worth doing right.

VOG has announced a restructuring of its local debt facilities in Cameroon, the loan is extended to July 2023 with an interest only period until July 2019. This seems a highly satisfactory way of handling its local debt and should enable the company to carry on getting after the capture of key clients in Douala.

LL- I can only apologise for any perceived tardiness. It was a slow start but there has been good engagement from group recently. I want to update the verified share position so any letter can be issued with confidence of the backing. I may not be able to make the AGM now but the issues seem common to all and therefore those going who have engaged ought to feel they have the support of the entire group muscle behind them.
